Consumer can approach his/her Bank to remit funds through NEFT/RTGS against his Bill and will enter the due amount before due date OR if the payment is being done after the due date then the consumer will make the payment as( Net Amount by Due Date + Late Payment Surcharge) after Due Date on the RTGS Form  

OR Consumers having access to net banking facility for their accounts ( with their own banks) can make payment via NEFT / RTGS payment using any of the banks by registering Permanent Virtual Account No as one time beneficiary

Permanent Virtual Account No for consumers will be HPSEBL < Consumer 11 or 12 Digit consumer ID > for example if the consumer ID is 097074000011 then the his Permanent Virtual Account No will become HPSEBL097074000011

Consumer will enter Beneficiary IFSC Code YESB0CMSNOC as IFSC Code of the Collection Bank Account of HPSEB

HP State Electricity Board Limited consumers need not remember the HPSEBL bank account number to transfer the funds rather consumers can add the above mentioned permanent account no as the beneficiary for making regular payments without generation of any challan.
